By downloading or using LexKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
LexKit provides vocabulary learning tools, placement tests, daily practice flows, and premium plan options.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
LexKit currently does not require account sign-in for core use. You are responsible for lawful and proper use on your device.
4. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions
- Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscription plans may auto-renew unless cancelled through Apple settings.
- Restore purchases is available in-app for the same Apple ID.
5. Advertising
Free usage areas may display ads. Premium access may reduce or remove certain ad experiences.
6. Intellectual Property
LexKit branding, interface, and app content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except where explicitly allowed by law.
7. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the app in ways that violate applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase, entitlement, or security mechanisms.
- Do not abuse support channels with malicious or deceptive content.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation
LexKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Terms for iOS Distribution
For iOS users, Apple standard licensed application terms may apply in addition to these Terms where relevant.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
